Yes, you read that right. We applied for our very first grant, and we WON!
The BALSA Foundation is a powerhouse in the St. Louis community, supporting first-time entrepreneurs who are creating real impact through innovation, sustainability, and passion. Their mission is to promote social equity and prosperity in St. Louis by empowering entrepreneurs with mentorship, resources, and funding. To be chosen among so many amazing applicants is an absolute honor.
This win means more than just funding. It means validation. It means our commitment to clean, eco-friendly, and responsibly sourced products matters. It means our local, woman-led, Black-owned small business is being seen and celebrated. And most importantly—it means we can do MORE of what we love, for YOU.
Here's how we plan to use the grant:
