Refund policy

J.R Candle Company (JRCC) does not participate in refunds, but exchanges - all exchanges should happen within 14 days from purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns, gift cards are not accepted and are FINAL SALE.

If a customer is simply unhappy with our product(s), a refund in the form of an e-gift card will be sent via email or text to the customer, after the return of the first purchased item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange, it must be for the same item purchased and within 14 calendar days from purchase. Please send us an email at info@jrcandlecompany.com and send or drop off your item to: J.R Candle Company, 4256 Manchester Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110, United States. Once received, JRCC will give a store credit for the shipping cost you incurred in the form of a gift e-card (emailed OR texted) as well as resend the same product (new) via mail per the original order or hold for local pick-up.

Please advise a picture from the day of arrival should be included in the email showing how the merchandise arrived.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card code will be emailed to you. If the item is returned defective or damaged, there will be no credit given (gift card) and the item(s) will be returned to you via mail.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Most items shipped with USPS have insurance included, please read the fine print when making your purchase with any carrier.
